Seed Cleaner Type-A

Used for cleaning/ grading of oilseeds by means of a set of two sieves (to remove coarse and fine impurities) and attachment to the aspiration system (to remove low-density matter).

Construction:

The frame structure is made of steel channel with the fully enclosed sieve box suspended at its four corners on rubber bushes. The box consists of two decks with ball cleaned sieves. The vibrator drive is located in the center of the machine. The vibratory movement of the sieve increases both the capacity on a given sieve-surface and the sieve effect.

Machine is suitable for cleaning of all types of grains and seeds. It is used to separate out impurities, which are bigger/smaller than seed size.

Seed Cleaner Type-C

This rotary type Seed Cleaner is suitable for cleaning of all types of grains and seeds and mainly installed for cottonseed cleaning. It is used to separate out impurities, which are bigger/smaller than seed size.

Vibrating Separator

Machine is suitable for efficient cleaning of all types of grains and seeds. It is used to separate out impurities, which are bigger/smaller than seed size.

Fabricated from Mild Steel Plate, Sheet, Angle and Channel. Self-cleaning Rubber Balls on bottom sieve. Intake Hopper of machine is equipped with canvass clothes. There are two vibrating screens, top screen for removing over size impurities and bottom screen for removing under size impurities such as sand, shriveled grain etc. Machine is driven with suitable 2 Nos. of Vibro Electric Motors.
