‘ANAND’ BOLT Series Expeller Press- has been designed to serve the high capacity needs of Vegetable Oil Industry. With technical know how from MERADO (Mechanical Engineering Research And Development Organization) of Government of India, a subsidiary of CMERI (Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute)- www. cmeri.res.in, we have combined our past strength of experience of 70 years and designed this innovative technology. The design of this Expeller is modular and based on different configurations thus having different capacity ranges from 50TPD in full pressing and 150 TPD in pre-pressing depending on the material to be pressed and conditions of material. It comes in double as well as triple chamber. The wearable parts are manufactured from wear-resistant material duly processed for longer life.
Destoner Features
Gear Box & Lubrication
A triple reduction helical gear unit is made from suitable steel and run in oil bath. Lubrication arrangement is provided for all gears and bearings in the main gear unit.
GCake Thicknes
Cake thickness can be adjusted while the machine is in operation.
Main Shaft
Main Worm Shaft is made from suitable steel, is water-cooled and can be withdrawn easily without disturbing main gearbox.
Oil Recovery
Maximum oil recovery with minimum operating costs involved achieved with three chambers in line
Worm Assembly
With 70 years of experience on more than 30 different oilseeds, we have perfected in designing worm assemblies on all these oilseeds pressed.
Vertical Feeder
Vertical Feeder with independent geared motor is installed with the Oil Expeller to ensure even feed rate to main chamber.
Oil Discharge Conveyor
Oil discharge conveyor with independent geared motor is fitted at the base of Oil Expeller to keep the plant neat and clean.
